Returns and Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to a refund or credit note for return requests made within 10 days of the order being delivered. Returns are subject to the following requirements:

Please note - this return policy applies to all orders once placed and is compliant with both State and Commonwealth Australian law.

  • The return request must be made within 10 dats of the order being delivered
  • Items purchased on sale or using a discount code (including any sale promotional code or flash sale code) are non-refundable. A store credit will be issued if you choose to return and sale or discount purchases. The only exclusion to this is first time purchases using the welcome code who are eligible for a full refund, subject to this Returns Policy.
  • The products must be returned in saleable condition, i.e. clean, tags attached, in original condition. Any product that has been used, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.
  • All items should be returned with their original packaging received with the original order.
  • Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights.

Lost or Damaged Goods

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@flippiplay.com.au

Flawed or Faulty Products

If you believe that the product you purchased is flawed or faulty, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@flippiplay.com.au

Refund Terms

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method only (unless store credit is requested) and all refunds are processed in the same currency of the order ($AUD). Any conversion loss will not be covered within the refund process.

Flippi does not refund shipping or additional charges, including customs or duties (these are not included within our product price).

We will not process refunds for returns that are lost or damaged via return delivery.
