What are Flippi Tents?
1 x Frame, 4 x Ways + Interchangeable Covers
Flippi Tents are designed to evolve and change as often as children’s interests, by providing a versatile tent frame and interchangeable covers that can be flipped and changed to set different scenes for play.
Each Flippi Tent comes with two key components, the Flippi Frame (a set of poles and connectors) and a Flippi Tent Cover.
The Flippi Frame can be configured in different ways to create four tent frame shapes: Regular Tent, Tall Tent, Cube and Teepee.
Once you own a Flippi Tent you are ready to get Flippi and can flip your tent with our range of Flippi Tent Covers.
Our Story
Our childhood, like so many others, was spent dressing up as princesses, playing doctors and nurses (who else wheeled out the ironing board for the operating table) and inventing games. We made cubbies from blankets, forts from boxes and loved to make believe in any way and any place we could.
As sisters, we grew up together and although our careers took us in different directions when we became mothers within a year of one another - the wheels were set in motion for us to create Flippi.
As the toys piled up and we looked for ways to entertain our kids while keeping up with their ever-changing interests - the idea for Flippi was conceived.
What if we could create something new? A tent that would provide endless options for pretend play? Costumes for spaces to take those little imaginations places.

By way of design, Flippi Tents are functional, durable and multi-purposeful. This directly reduces product waste and also creates efficiencies in resources, manufacturing, shipping and packaging.
Flippi Tents are crafted from premium materials, including pinewood, cotton canvas and durable polypropylene to extend the lifespan and sustainability of the product.
We source our pinewood from an FSC certified factory. We also incorporate recyclable materials in our packaging and are conscious of our impact in our everyday operations.
